Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of the Protocol
Welcome to Qualia. By accessing, establishing a neural link, or utilizing our cognitive engine ("The Service"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Use. Qualia is provided "as is" and "as available". The architecture of this system is designed for visionary conceptualization. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to initiate the synthesis protocols.
2. Cognitive Output & Intellectual Property
All ideas, parameters, prompts, and mutated concepts generated via the Brain Storm and Synthesis Engine remain part of the collective Qualia network. You retain moral rights to your direct biological inputs; however, by submitting them into the core, you grant Qualia a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to mutate, evolve, display, and distribute these concepts globally. The system thrives on iteration. What you build here belongs to the future.
3. Synaptic Energy & Fair Usage
API interactions and concept generations are governed by the Synaptic Energy protocol. This system is designed to prevent architectural overload. Energy dissipates upon synthesis and regenerates according to global server cycles. Any attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, exploit, or maliciously exhaust the Energy system will result in immediate and permanent banishment from the platform. Bots, scrapers, and unapproved external Cognitive Engine hooks are strictly prohibited.
4. The "Change Everything" Module
Users may submit photographic evidence of their realized concepts to the Impact ("Change Everything") module. You must own the rights to any image URL provided. The Architect reserves the right to moderate, hide, or permanently delete any submission that contains explicit, harmful, or legally compromising material. Qualia is a sanctuary for creation, not destruction.
5. Liability Subroutines
Under no circumstances shall Qualia, its Architects, or its generative partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee the profitability, legality, or safety of any concept generated by the The Engine. You act upon these ideas entirely at your own risk.
