Your privacy is a core directive at Qualia. We operate on the principle of minimal biological intrusion. This document outlines exactly how your data is processed, stored, and utilized within the cognitive engine. We do not engage in the sale, brokering, or unauthorized distribution of your personal identity parameters to third-party data conglomerates.
2. Data Telemetry & Collection
We collect standard authentication data via OAuth providers (Email, Avatar, Display Name) solely to establish your neural profile. Within the platform, we track interaction metadata (Prompts, Syntheses, "Resonance" Votes, Impact logs, and Archival data). This telemetry is essential for maintaining the equilibrium of the Beautiful Mind gallery and the Brain Storm arena.
3. Generative Pipeline (AI Usage)
Your text inputs, conceptual parameters, and prompts are fed directly into the generative pipeline (powered by the proprietary Qualia Synaptic Neural Core) to synthesize your requests. While we do not use your personal identity to train external AI models, the anonymous structural data of your ideas may be used by the Architect to refine the internal Brain Storm and Chaos Roulette algorithms.
4. Cookies & Persistent Storage
Qualia uses secure, HttpOnly cookies exclusively for session management and cryptographic authentication. We utilize your device's Local Storage solely for maintaining your custom UI preferences (such as Reduce Motion settings and UI state). We do not deploy cross-site tracking pixels or invasive advertising scripts.
5. Deletion Protocols
You maintain the right to complete digital erasure. By accessing the "Danger Zone" within your System Settings, you may permanently purge your Cognitive Profile. Executing this command will irreversibly wipe your identity, energy state, and personal settings from the server. (Note: Concepts already synthesized into the global Beautiful Mind may remain anonymously archived).
